Product Care

Care Instructions:

  • Machine wash only in cold water.
  • Hang to dry or gently dry on low heat.
  • Iron on medium heat if needed.
  • Always iron on the backsideof the fabric to preserve its quality.

Shipping

1. How long will it take for my order to ship?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and packaging your order. Shipping within Canada typically takes 1-2 weeks. For shipping times outside of Canada, please refer to your order confirmation. If you have a specific timeline or need your order expedited, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

2. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. If you didn’t receive tracking info, please check your spam folder, or feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll assist you in tracking it down.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within Canada. Additionally, free local pickup is available in the Victoria area.

4. Where do you ship to?

We’re happy to offer shipping across Canada and internationally! Whether you’re near or far, we’ve got you covered.

Returns/Exchanges

1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Currently, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to arrange a replacement for you.

2. What if I ordered the wrong size?

If you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to assist with an exchange. Exchanged items will only be accepted in the condition they were received: unwashed, unworn, and with original tags still attached.

4. Who covers the shipping cost for exchanges?

All shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser, and the package must be tracked when returning it to the studio.
